About the project

A three-part documentary series following masters athletes returning to competition after fifty. Atlas wanted authenticity over inspiration-porn, so we embedded with each athlete for a month before a single camera came out. The series drove the highest engagement of any content Atlas has published and was shortlisted for a Webby in Sports Film.
